Tee is a passionate outdoorsman and conservationist with more than 15 years of experience on both the public and private side of conservation. He has spent most of his life in his native Richmond, VA, and is proud to have been instrumental in protecting thousands of acres in his home state and around the country.
Megan runs Broad Water’s operations and keeps projects moving.
Ben is a lifelong outdoorsman and an advocate for conservation and the people who care for our land and waters. He monitors easements, coordinates stewardship, and builds the partnerships that keep land protected for the long term. He serves on several nonprofit boards and lives in Roanoke with his wife and two children.
Jessica leads Broad Water’s education program and scholarship.
Nicola has been an ecologist and technical writer for Broad Water since 2021, through her company Wild Ginger Field Services. She builds long-term stewardship plans and works the budgets to suit the resource agencies — chasing the best ecological outcome on every site, stream, wetland, species, or nutrient.
